Gravity Stick Team Building. List of team building games. Sometimes it fails to deliver the fundamental team skills it promises.
One of my favorite team building games or team icebreaker activities is sometimes called the helium stick or even lighter than air. Perfect for small teams of 8 to 12, but can be done with 6 to 14. Participants form groups of five to twelve members.

This activity gets its name because the hula hoop, while resting on group members’ fingers, appears to float.

Split the group into two and line them up in two rows facing each other. Get the group to adjust their finger heights until the cane is horizontal. I’ve successfully used this activity to help the leadership of an organization realize that having a company mission is one thing and making it a reality.
